Review of production and development plans of two complexes with the aim of increasing production.

Engineer Mohammad Reza Bani Asadi  Rad,Managing  director of NICICO, along with engineer Ali Mohammadi, a member of the board of copper and Dr. Mohammad Reza Ali, deputy development and exploration, visited the development projects of Sarcheshmeh and Shahrbabak Copper Complex on Tuesday and Wednesday (April 3rd and 4th).

According to the Mespress, "Mohammad Reza Bani Asadi Rad CEO of NICICO,meanwhile  meeting with the managers of Sarcheshmeh and Shahrbabak Copper Complex in Chah Firuze, Dare Aloo, Dare Zar mines and also smelting &refinery development plan of Khatun Abad and Sarchshme ,He reviewed closely the process of implementation of these development plans, all aimed at increasing the production capacity of copper concentrate and cathode production.

The NICICO Managing Director about the goals of this two-day visit said: The visit has been aimed at accelerating the exploitation of copper industry development plans in order to realize the goals of Copper Company as soon as possible in the sixth development plan and the horizons of vision.

Bani Asadi Rad emphasized to removing obstacles for implementation of the development plans for the mines in Dare Aloo,Dare Zar and Chah Firoozeh as soon as possible and mentioned: With the exploitation of these mines, the production of copper concentrates is rising significantlyuntil1400.

He added: However the increasing in Copper's exploration activities should be on the agenda of the company as a continuous strategy, as with reserves increasing, there will not be any concern for the company at future years.
